Several factors could prevent your deposit from being recognized and credited. Please check the following:
- Making a PIX transfer directly to our bank account without generating the QR code on the PLAYSUX website. We accept payments via QR Code and PIX code.
- Paying the QR code after 30 minutes of its generation. In this case, the amount won’t be credited to your gaming account.
- Transferring funds from business accounts.
- Paying the same QR code twice. Your deposit won’t be credited.
- Using a bank account that is not under the name and personal details of the PLAYSUX account holder.
For any of the cases mentioned above, the transferred PIX amount will be automatically refunded to the source account within 2 business days, without the need to contact our support team, okay?
